Week 10, give thanks and say Amen for BistroMD

What up world!! It is the young soldier, Frank c. from fat Man Unleashed. Here to give a second progress report of my time at the battle of the Earth with BistroMD. Things have been rough these last few weeks. With so much work to do in my day, I find myself overwhelmed at times. For a moment thought slows down or give up.I had a less relapse, but it is not a long time I have to thank God. in order to put the right people in my life to drag me.

Stress from work and home can be a major Downer for us all. If you are married with children, you can understand how I feel.With all this stress, overloading our lives, it is difficult to do the right thing all the time. right would be to not miss my workouts, not cheat on my diet, stay active and get all my company, arranged for. I usually on the point but something came over me, and I felt back sliding doors.

While on a family visit this last week I saw a cousin of mine, who had some welcomed news. She had recently been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which is an autoimmune disease that causes chronic inflammation of the joints. Autoimmune diseases are diseases that occur when the body tissues are suffering from their own immune system. In this case, her bones lose essential minerals and are experiencing a decrease in density.

This cousin of mine have always been the best fit and healthy. She is the last person you would ever seems to have a problem like this.According to Wikipedia, is "about 1% of the world's population suffering from rheumatoid arthritis is commonly. Onset between the ages of 40-50 °, but she is only in his early 30 's! I trode that myself, "How could she, out of all the people who end up with such a disease?!" So I thought of a better question is "How can I, as a man in good health, not to fight my hardest through this battle? How could I slack when there are people in the world who would love to push through with 100%, but is not be attributable to physical suffering? "

My cousin reminded me of how blessed I am to have BistroMD to my page and that I am in good health I have so much to be thankful for! I have so many people are struggling, I! This war is way bigger than me, or so many people out there who want to be in my shoes, and is physically able to do this. For the people, I will fight hard each day, I can not take for granted the blessing BistroMD has given me.I can not let me, I can not my family down, can not let you, I can not let BistroMD and I am not.

So with all that said, I would like to thank every employee is BistroMD.I would like to thank you, I have been told, as well as Rebecca Wells for believing in me, Christy Shatlock my diatetiker for motivating me, Amanda Roebuck for her talented stories about me and most of all Dr. Cederquest to develop BistroMD and give me this chance. I have first and foremost, thank God. Because as I would love to take credit for all good in my life, the truth is that these blessings are far greater than anything I could have each planned. I understand the seriousness of this war against obesity, and I will not allow me to give something less than my best.

Week 11, I need all of your questions to BistroMD

I have been going full force, do not settle for mediocrity. I have taken on a great mission and BistroMD have given me all supplies necessary. My parents always have learned to give back more to those who have given to you.Because I have been gracious invited to meet with Europe's doctor of BistroMD, Dr. Caroline Cederquist, and interviewing her on video for the world to see. so people need your questions!

Dr Cederquist has appeared as an expert weight-management at the national television, including the Dr. Phil Show, Ricki Lake show and Ananda Lewis show, and is contributing editor at his local medical today Show, NBC affiliate through in Fort Myers, Florida. She shares his wisdom through his syndicated "download the narrow" radio health segment, which is heard around the country through the articles in the regional and national magazines, including parent and newspaper column, and with her best selling book, "help your overweight Child" and soon to be published "Honest Diet for busy women".

As one of only about 250 doctors nationwide have attained Board certification in bariatrics – by the specialty of medical weight management – Dr Cederquist difficult reality people face in attempting to develop healthy eating habits, and manage their weight. She built her specialty practice after working in family practice and to see how widespread medical problems related to weight has been. Her philosophy has always been to promote wellness is far preferable to healing disease, although it does not seem to have the same urgency. And she believes that today there is a great urgency.

I have the most respect for persons such as Dr Cederquist spend their lives gives back to society.We need more people like her in this world, we need more doctors, more academics, several pioneers, more innovators, several philosophers and multiple managers! Week eight, a trust my entire case of BistroMD!!

Hello my weight loss warriors! It is me again, Frank c. from fat Man Unleashed with another update on the status of mission, "Death to life's yo-yo." This week has been quite a surprise.I have learned a couple of good experiences along the way. A is to keep a close eye on what is important to you, two sometimes things do not happen as usual, so we have improvised, and three no matter what happens, keep the faith that things will work out.

If you got, what the title of the update does, let me explain. While on my way home this last week I anticipate my next shipment from BistroMD but was shocked upon arrival.The package that is usually waiting for my opening page was not found., my heart dropped a few minutes and then I thought, "Let me call the courier." About 10 minutes later, finally it sunk my food now belonged to another.

How could a person just take someones package right from their front door? What is wrong with people these days?!I have noticed an old neighbour of mine move out on the same day. I bet he was to take it! He threw it is probably in the back of his truck!

We were never.I live on the floor over him and always bothered him in the morning with my high exercise. He would bang on the ceiling, but I just wanted to keep the work. Sorry mate, I'm on a mission here. I am sure that he is in his new House enjoy my food with his family. Well, perhaps he will try BistroMD in even the gods must know he needs.

So this week, I was reminded of what it is to fight this war alone. It is not easy.BistroMD take sure an enormous load off my shoulders. One thing I noticed was that I don't lose any weight this week., it says a lot.

They say you never know how precious water is until well run out Well., I learned to really understand what a blessing BistroMD really is. I have done a great deal of the last two months, but it would be wrong to take credit for it alone. I do not know where I would be without BistroMD.

Week Nine, get a Glimpse of my time with BistroMD

What up world?! How are you guys?! Still struggling, I am strong on my mission with BistroMD to put a "death to Yo Yo-life 's" once and for all! I have been dropping and the average of the three pounds a week and plan to continue in this pattern. People who see me around Tampa, FL have asked me how I lost so much weight.I spend much of my time explaining to various people all that I do so I decided on my next video update, I just wanted to show you.

We had so much fun during the making of this video. Week seven, and is in heaven with BistroMD

Hello all!! It is me again, your colleague soldier Frank c. fat Man Unleashed on a mission with BistroMD to put a "death to life's yo-yo!" Things have been going exactly as planned.At this rate, I think I should finalise my mission before the end of 2010. I look forward to the day, until then continues, fight the good fight.

I have fought in this war on my own in years, and it has been hell.I am in the struggle, the fighting in the frontlines of this warzone, but BistroMD makes this experience, feel like heaven. ever since they joined forces with me, this war is been a walk in the Park. They have taken much of the burden on my shoulders, now I can focus more on my goals, and in due time I will achieve it.

Right now I fest on the "Moroccan-inspired" Chicken breast with lentils salad tastes just like chicken. it came right off grating. Sometimes I wonder how it will remain so fresh. Even feels like gravy topping it came straight from the pot and to my chicken.

For tonight's dinner, I want to eat one of my favorites, Golf Rock Shrimp and pasta. Jumbo style shrimp, seasoned to perfection and served with whole wheat pasta. I feel like I want to start drooling just thinking about it, it went. Asian babes, I caught it right before it hit my keyboard lol!

I Eat Five Star meals Five Times a day from BistroMD

So is it a week ago, I got my package and I must say I love the "Five Star life." These meals are so delicious and there is so much of it! I do not exaggerate! At the same time, eat some of the meals, I feel almost as if I eat too much.Then I search on the nutrition facts, and no one is more than 450 calories. they say I can add a salad to my meals but I find myself asking why?

Stuffed French toast from BistroMDFor Breakfast I had the "Stuffed French toast" with mixed berries, two Turkey sausage patties and chopped up sweet potatoes.This meal is luscious, packed with nutrition and has a net weight of not more than 12 ounces. speaks of a "Five Star meal" this should be one of the best wine tasting frozen food, which I have ever eaten. I add not even any syrup.

I had the "Steak House Wrap" out to lunch today, and it slammin!I just added a little hot sauce and wrapped up it's back., it reminded me of my favorite Chipotle Mexican grill from Lacrosse, which is the place that makes these gourmet burritos and tacos. Anyway, before I could even finish my food, I was full! I had to force me to eat the rest, again, no exaggeration.

Week 4 and down four more dollars with BistroMD

What is people?! I hope you all are so hyped about life as I just now! I feel like a new man already!I managed to lose 15 pounds in the last four weeks, but, most importantly, I feel energized electrical! look at all the exclamation points in my first section, you can tell I am excited?!?!?!?!?!

As the days go by things seem to be rolling out more evenly. I have training me Enjoy every moment, even those hard.I realized that each choice from the moment we rise to the moment we sleep determines the outcome of our lives, we have great dreams of what we would like our life should be like, and we find happiness in our thoughts of prosperity. But when we think about the work it takes to bring those dreams to life, suddenly we are discouraged.

If we learn to Enjoy every moment, even the most difficult ones, we can overcome any obstacle we face. If we learn to enjoy the work it takes to achieve our dreams, I guarantee that soon they will no longer dreams. What I have found to be challenging for me starts and staying on a diet. In the past I would fear even idea dieting, but now when I use BistroMD I do not need even to think about it. so it makes this whole journey so much more entertaining.

So I will continue on this road with BistroMD at my page. I want to enjoy every last moment of the. from difficult to easy, from boring to fun, from sad to happy and from mad cow disease to excited. Week 5, I Feel well and Alive on BistroMD

It is me again, your humble and loyal Warrior Frank c. from fat Man Unleashed. Still struggling I strong in order to put a "Death to the Yo-Yo Life" and I on this mission with BistroMD. The war is between my old self and my new self.I have met some difficult moments and a few challenging obstacles on the road a year old Frankie has been in control, but this year will actually Frank c. win the war, and finally be released.

I have received the award can be difficult, and frankly, sometimes I pushed me past my limit. Anyway, I have learned to enjoy it all, I have found where the true source of happiness is, and I found it deep inside me. I have come to the realization that, incredibly, not what our situation is, or our status or something external.There are those in third world countries, living under plastic houses, and yet they still manage to find happiness. On LENDING commit billionaires in the United States suicide. Means that no sense also you?

It makes sense to me perfect. We, as humans all want the same happiness. We have just different ways to find our joy and what makes you happy may not make me happy.Through our life we desperately seek, of happiness; in the meantime had success with all of us. I remember that a child, my family was poor, and I learned to play with whatever I could find. It does not mater did what it was, I could be happy.

We go through so many challenging times in our lives, but never recognize good in them, We focus so much on what brings us and completely ignore all good in life. You are in the Live of a reason. You are here to contribute a kind of benefit to this world. To do this, you must go through challenging times, only to be prepared to meet your purpose in life.

As I see life through these new eyes, can I find happiness in any situation. Life is short, we have no time to spend it angry.Let's just smile and enjoy the trip time, we are working on it, I have blessed BistroMD with me on this long and hard mission. I Fortunately, and patiently waiting for the day this mission is completed. When the day arrives, it is for the next!!
P.S. I fell 4.6 pounds this week down to 240.4. Yeah Baby!!

Week Six, and Loving each Dish on BistroMD

Good day colleagues fat loss warriors! It is me again, Frank c. still struggling I hard in this war, and will continue to do so until the last minute.I am very happy to be able to see so much progress in such little time. BistroMD has supplied me with my arms, and each day, I am surprised by the different weapons they provide me with.

They have an awesome Broccoli & Beef dinner, a delicious cilantro grilled chicken, a Shrimp Gumbo, which is to die for and the dessert the lovely low fat Chocolate Chessecake.Wait, I can't forget Crepe Mushroom Spinach wild salmon. Oh, and of course the Breakfast one of my all-time favorite meals, Stuffed French toast. The list goes on and on.

Because I have such varieties in my meals, makes this journey all the more fun. I don't get bored with the same old routine.Every day is surprised by the new meal I must eat. frankly, I am still trying to find it is inconvenient, or even a taste weird. People, I have had to tell the truth. I still have not found one.

I will conclude this update now, because there is a war that takes place outside and my team is counting on me. thank God we have a little sacrifices, but keep us in your prayers, because the deeper we get into the battle, the harder it gets.
