I recently attended the plus up your Gym Bag Makeover as I was sent a gift certificate, so that I can upgrade my gym bag.This should be a relatively easy upgrade, because I don't have a gym bag to begin with, I am working at home for the most part, so it makes it easy for me to not take anything with me ... I originally to make a video about this whole fun project, but the sound was corrupted.

FiberPlus taste test
Part of the promotion was that I had to test the new Kellogg FiberPlus pillars. I received a coupon go buy a box on the pillars, which I did on the local Super Miniclip Game-paintball. I chose the chocolate chip version. I let my wife, please try the bars out first.She does not like them, I tried them after a workout and they tasted good trode. It was very light and had a good amount of carbs. One of the positives FiberPlus bars is that they have antioxidants.

Plus of my gym bag
I set out immediately to upgrade my fitness tools. I have pretty much everything I need, minus a couple of things I have been waiting for, so this was the perfect time. The first thing I purchased was a heart rate monitor. This will allow me to keep track of my Calorie plus my pulse. Next, I purchased a yoga of the group. Days to do yoga on a hard, cold floor is over! I also bought a fanny pack.Lol.Now I have actually a gym bag to keep my stuff, I go to the gym on an occasional basis to jump on the elliptical or go on long tours. now I can wear the things with me in my "gym bag". I also bought a new pair of shorts. My other pair was beginning to fall apart.The last thing I purchased was a Live Strong band.I try to make a habit of living strong mine.
