Here are some of the other "things" I have done:
1 . be more active. Period. I have made it a point to just be more active. This does not mean I go run marathons every weekend. What I believe I now do the small things that I used usually have a tendency to stay.I am fix these small things around the House, I have neglected. I take out trash at night instead of waiting to leave in the morning I mow the lawn every weekend (unless it rains all day). I just do things and does not attempt to postpone them. not for too long at least.
Resistance of the train. I lift weights three times a week. I my whole body workout on different days.From the belly to back to the arms to the legs. everything. I'm not only lift the weights. I weight training as well as body. These include push ups, chin ups, burpees.
3. Yoga it up. I have begun to incorporate yoga in my routine. I strive for two yoga sessions a week. I feel it relaxes me and help my body heal while retrieving a low impact workout. I still get a good workout, and it only takes 20 minutes.
4 . Walk my ass. Literally. I have become a foot machine. I take anywhere from a 30 minute walk to a two-hour walk. I try to get in 3 to 4 trips a week. Walking is just as meditation me. I find myself thinking about a lot, as I go.Walking is one of the easiest exercises you can do. walking and yoga are several underestimated the exercises.
Kredslobtraning. When I'm walking or doing yoga on my not weight work days, I get in some elliptical machine or recumbent bike sessions. On the bike I will last from 45 minutes to an hour. The elliptical go I in 20 minutes to an hour. Kredslobtraning baby!
Mentalist. This is one of the hardest. I do things on my mind. I workout on the days that I feel like crap.I evaluate my daily decisions. I visualize my success.I see myself in shape.I salute the moments of victory, I have.
Okay, enough.There are more, but I want to cut it down for now.Just try to remember to do the small things.It all counts!What is your routine like?
