Things have been going exactly as planned.At this rate, I think I should finalise my mission before the end of 2010. I look forward to the day, until then continues, fight the good fight.

I have fought in this war on my own in years, and it has been hell.I am in the struggle, the fighting in the frontlines of this warzone, but BistroMD makes this experience, feel like heaven. ever since they joined forces with me, this war is been a walk in the Park. They have taken much of the burden on my shoulders, now I can focus more on my goals, and in due time I will achieve it.

Right now I fest on the "Moroccan-inspired" Chicken breast with lentils salad tastes just like chicken. it came right off grating. Sometimes I wonder how it will remain so fresh. Even feels like gravy topping it came straight from the pot and to my chicken.

For tonight's dinner, I want to eat one of my favorites, Golf Rock Shrimp and pasta. Jumbo style shrimp, seasoned to perfection and served with whole wheat pasta. I feel like I want to start drooling just thinking about it, it went. Asian babes, I caught it right before it hit my keyboard lol!

Running for charity

I'm so sad that Louisa and I have not been updating recently, but thanks to all who have commented in previous posts. Glad to hear that you're still reading us.

Activities to raise funds for charity is a great motivator to get your fitness above zero. Having found myself in a bit of a rut of fitness and eat more garbage and go to the gym less, I knew that I needed a long-term kick up the bum fear vague ' bikini ' season

Just signed up to do the race for life at the service of Cancer Research UK is a single women race 10 k or 6 miles if you prefer. focuses more on finishing the race, instead of a great contest, but I am determined to run it in less than 1 hour and 15 minutes, even if people can finish it under and hour, I saw this happen when Louisa performed the same race a couple of years ago.

This is a big deal, as I've decided to run it in memory of my grandfather, who died of cancer last year and I want to raise L 250 for him and during the last of his life, I was not happy at my job and my life and I know it hurt him and I want to show you now that I'm getting it. I can't let him down.

Signing up an activity as such for charity means that you won't want to go back out and these days that you really don't feel like training, you will remember why exactly and get your bum out of bed. I know that with every bite of junk food I eat or everyday I put off going to a race, is more unnecessary pain that I'll feel on race day.

Right now, I have devised a plan for 8 weeks that I will add more and more distance until I hit 10 k in the week of the race.Running 2.5 k to start with, as I'm used to run 1.5 k on my usual gymnastics sessions. I do the interval training that is a minute and a minute out at intervals of Light and Light, though I'm trying to extend the amount of time I perform Light and I'm always moving and don't stop.

The most important thing when you are running is stretch properly so that you do not receive this muscle soreness the next day of offputting.Stretch each muscle for a count of 30. heat for a good few minutes.I hot for 5 minutes in Cross trainer, increasing the difficulty level of each minute and then stretch my muscles of the leg and arm, front and back and sides. don't be put off by the fact that you see people at the gym rarely stretch, they are the ones who go bad on the following day.

So is it a week ago, I got my package and I must say I love the "Five Star life." These meals are so delicious and there is so much of it! I do not exaggerate! At the same time, eat some of the meals, I feel almost as if I eat too much.Then I search on the nutrition facts, and no one is more than 450 calories. they say I can add a salad to my meals but I find myself asking why?

Breakfast Fried Rice recipes – super easy and Super Yummy!

This easy to make the recipe is sure to be a hit with your family!Children love it and the smell is sure to get everyone out of bed in the morning! Mix it, make it your own and not be afraid to add a little spice to the (jalapenos work great!)

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked, cold white (or brown) rice1 1 tablespoons of oil2 teaspoons of soya sauce1 package of Sun-bird Fried Rice Seasoning Mix (can be found in every grocery store in the Asian food isle) 1 medium onion, diced green bell peppers 1 large, diced3 large eggs, beaten – 1 1 cup of cooked crispy bacon, crumbled (can replace Breakfast sausage if desired), salt, pepper, garlic seasoning (optional – taste)

Pre-PReP:

Cook rice according to package directions the night before you plan to serve this for breakfast. It works better if you start cooking process with cold rice as warm rice would just get overcooked.

Directions:

In a large pan, heat the oil in another frying pan, begins bacon;crumble and set aside. Add rice, onions and peppers to pan with oil;mix well and cook until the onion is soft. Add seasoning and soy sauce;mix well and cook for about 1 minute. In a page pan struggle eggs;break into small pieces with spatula. Add eggs and bacon and mix until well blended. Season to taste and serve HOT!

I’m with Fatty: Loosing 50 Pounds in 50 Miserable Weeks by Ed Ugel I just finished the book I with fatty by Ed Ugel. I must say it is an entertaining read, but there were times when I was uncomfortable.Call me old fashioned (which I doubt), but there are some things you just don't talk about, let alone to share with the world in a book, but it is just me.

Don't get me wrong. I am not a forkrampede, purse-lipped, no-time-to-fun, all work, no play kind of gal. There were many times when Ugels vid and sans for the handling of his situation had me laughing out loud. It can not be denied, he is funny. I the way his mind works. He starts with one innocent trode and thinking evolves quickly to a whole mess of ideas.It is entertaining. but I would say, to hear the details about how he ever-so-have tried to rest his testicles on her sleeping friend head (which proved to be a total stranger, you must) was just a little too much. But who I am judge.

After finding out that he is suffering from Sleep Apnea – a condition that you stop breathing while sleeping – and are doomed to bear a CPAP mask (much to own disgust and his wife's as well) for the rest of his life, decides to change the Ugel some things about themselves. Ugel, which is both self-proclaimed and medical proclaimed to be a food addict and compulsive Eater, embarked on a journey to lose "50 pounds in 50 wretched weeks" (which is called good coverage of the book).While he did not fully achieve its goal, he came pretty darn close. Ugel lost 46 pounds for 50 weeks.

Ugels book offers to anyone who is struggling with weight loss or find comfort in food, some great insight and advice in order to overcome these problems. And to the Ugel, it is not only about giving up the food he loves and rearrange his life to fit in a visit with trainers and nutritionists, it is about to find out why he finds comfort in food and why he is a compulsive Eater.

As he begins to deal with the questions and see why he is the way he is, he also discovers he has a love for playing racquetball and shall enjoy in the gym. It is a concrete positive step in the right direction, and he begins to lose some serious weight.

Around three quarters of the way through the book, just when you think he has beaten the odds, Ugels wife and two daughters to go on holiday to Maine and Ugel goes on a week-long binge of fatty, processed food and pints (Yes, I said pints with an s) of ice. I was so mad at him. He had makes it good.He had even gone so far as to do a cleanse (nothing but juice a week) and get a colonic. Yikes.Talk about dedication.While I was reading about $ 40 worth of Chinese take out, fillets-O-Fish and Walnut Danish rings, I wanted to Grab him by his shoulders and shake him.

With binge behind him and his family at home Ugel gets back on track and focused on fulfilling its goal.Even if he falls short in the end, he pulled by an amazing feat and really changed his life.These 46 pounds — and unsightly CPAP machine — is a thing of the past.

In absolute, I think with fatty is worth reading, but remember that it is not for the faint of heart, and certainly I would not give the book to a kid or even young teen to read, but if you're looking for something to keep you laugh and even make you a little uncomfortable, grab a copy and check it out., at the very least you will get an up close and personal look at what it is to get your colon cleansing.

jumping for joy What is people?! I hope you all are so hyped about life as I just now! I feel like a new man already!I managed to lose 15 pounds in the last four weeks, but, most importantly, I feel energized electrical! look at all the exclamation points in my first section, you can tell I am excited?!?!?!?!?!

As the days go by things seem to be rolling out more evenly. I have training me Enjoy every moment, even those hard.I realized that each choice from the moment we rise to the moment we sleep determines the outcome of our lives, we have great dreams of what we would like our life should be like, and we find happiness in our thoughts of prosperity. But when we think about the work it takes to bring those dreams to life, suddenly we are discouraged.

If we learn to Enjoy every moment, even the most difficult ones, we can overcome any obstacle we face. If we learn to enjoy the work it takes to achieve our dreams, I guarantee that soon they will no longer dreams. What I have found to be challenging for me starts and staying on a diet. Aloe Vera Can Help You Lose Weight?

If you are a little reticent about bathroom visits, probably best to give this post a cache miss! I wont chart but I know not everyone is comfortable discussing it!

Have been taking the pills for high resistance (one day) and at first, I admit I was skeptical-you put Aloe Vera in your boo boos, not in your mouth! I'm going to the bathroom every day instead of twice a week, my stomach is flatter, because I'm not bloated and uncomfortable after lunch and I don't seem to be retain water as I used to do.This is a common complaint for women, particularly in ' time of the month '.

I can't make any promises that this is for everyone and if you are already a medication for other diseases, then talk with your doctor before taking any supplements.

All I can say is that the tablets of Aloe Vera has made a huge difference to me I haven't changed my diet and I didn't do any exercise in the last 2 months as life has been pretty busy! If only had considered before my final few pounds to lose the IBS and he could be compensated with a simple table, I would have tried this behind yonks!

Interestingly, I was able to use my target weight ' jeans ' Friday without more gross and tummy hip way. This I consider to be a small victory and I fully intend to continue taking the Aloe Vera tablets for as long as I see the benefit.

exercise to do list You have a strange dream. You cannot identify the sound, but it just doesn't stop.Finally, the noise to wake you up and you recognize your alarm will. time to start a second day.

You start the shower, wash up, get dressed and head out to the kitchen. time to make coffee, breakfast, pack lunches and get the kids up and ready for school. You think about everything you need to do today, which includes finishing this major project in the workplace, interviewing candidates for a new position, the cessation of the grocery store to pick up dinner, picking up children from school, taking the children to the sport practice, cleaning house and check the homework.

No where on your list of it says something about taking time for yourself to exercise. And how could it possibly say? How could you pencil, among other things, that must get done?

The truth is that if you do not even take the time to workout, you do not. And you can't really count on all of your running around, and house cleaning as exercise. You need to maintain a consistent increase in heart rate, for no longer than it takes you to vacuum your House.

Find the time to workout can be overwhelming, but it does not need to be. According to an article published on goodhealth.com, (http://www.goodhealth.com/articles/2008/09/05/how_often_should_you_exercise) "adults 18 and older need 30 minutes of physical activity of five or more days a week to be healthy." It is probably less time than you spend watching TV on a daily basis. You can find the time to get healthy and improve the way you feel. It is just a question of penciling you in your planning.

For the next two weeks, take a few moments before you start your day and write your to-do list.Include everything you need to do, and what you want to do. Set your priorities and make sure that you are doing what needs to be done.Make the working out of one of their top priorities., see all written, and to know what you need to do, you will find that you have more time than you trode. instead of 25 minutes you spend surfing the net for new clothes, put this time for a run.Rather than spending two hours watching Seinfeld Marathon, take a half hour and do yoga.You do not need to travel to a gym to workout.There is no charge for literally hundreds of ways to workout at home. It is time for you to make yourself a priority.And not feel guilty about it either. Stuffed French Toast Good day colleagues fat loss warriors! It is me again, Frank c. still struggling I hard in this war, and will continue to do so until the last minute.I am very happy to be able to see so much progress in such little time. BistroMD has supplied me with my arms, and each day, I am surprised by the different weapons they provide me with.

They have an awesome Broccoli & Beef dinner, a delicious cilantro grilled chicken, a Shrimp Gumbo, which is to die for and the dessert the lovely low fat Chocolate Chessecake.Wait, I can't forget Crepe Mushroom Spinach wild salmon. Oh, and of course the Breakfast one of my all-time favorite meals, Stuffed French toast. The list goes on and on.

Because I have such varieties in my meals, makes this journey all the more fun. I don't get bored with the same old routine.Every day is surprised by the new meal I must eat. frankly, I am still trying to find it is inconvenient, or even a taste weird. People, I have had to tell the truth. I still have not found one.

I will conclude this update now, because there is a war that takes place outside and my team is counting on me. thank God we have a little sacrifices, but keep us in your prayers, because the deeper we get into the battle, the harder it gets. I have eaten the Nutrisystem for about two months now. My favorite dinner is Lasagna. Here I show you how to quickly and easily it can be to make Nutrisystem meal including some raw vegetables in less than 4 minutes! Fest to Raise Awareness about the ride Childhood Obesity

Sarah Stanley, a health enthusiast, it shall initiate on a 300 mile bike ride – sponsored by Nutrilite – from the nation capital to New York to raise awareness of childhood obesity and to celebrate his birthday.

nutrisystem This is just a quick update on my Nutrisystem travel. Things get really busy for me, but I still do my things with Nutrisystem. I recently received a new monthly order of food. I chose a few different meals and I am so glad I did. I added the spaghetti and meatballs dinner and a new sausage and rice lunch. They are both excellent!For breakfast I decided to add the cluster crunch cereal and line cinnamon roll Both incredibly delicious taste. int he morning.

In addition, I am quite close to achieving the objective, which I had set for my Nutrisystem travel.I unofficially at 28 lbs lost its hitherto on Nutrisystem. part of this is due to the exercise regimen, I have undertaken, and part of it is because of the food offered to me. Nutrisystem makes its ridiculously easy to eat.

Israel, Fat Man Unleashed Israel, fat UnleashedI have not mentioned, what exactly I am doing in addition to eat the Nutrisystem lately. I am good to break my vow of silence, effective immediately. We know, I have eaten the Nutrisystem, for the last few weeks (possibly few months), I have honestly lost track. It feels normal to me now, its part of my routine.I have had success with Nutrisystem so far, so it is a good thing but I add other things to my daily routine, to help me along on my weight loss journey.

Here are some of the other "things" I have done:

1 . be more active. Period. I have made it a point to just be more active. This does not mean I go run marathons every weekend. What I believe I now do the small things that I used usually have a tendency to stay.I am fix these small things around the House, I have neglected. I take out trash at night instead of waiting to leave in the morning I mow the lawn every weekend (unless it rains all day). I just do things and does not attempt to postpone them. not for too long at least.

Resistance of the train. I lift weights three times a week. I my whole body workout on different days.From the belly to back to the arms to the legs. everything. I'm not only lift the weights. I weight training as well as body. These include push ups, chin ups, burpees.

3. Yoga it up. I have begun to incorporate yoga in my routine. I strive for two yoga sessions a week. I feel it relaxes me and help my body heal while retrieving a low impact workout. I still get a good workout, and it only takes 20 minutes.

4 . Walk my ass. Literally. I have become a foot machine. I take anywhere from a 30 minute walk to a two-hour walk. I try to get in 3 to 4 trips a week. Walking is just as meditation me. I find myself thinking about a lot, as I go.Walking is one of the easiest exercises you can do. walking and yoga are several underestimated the exercises.

Kredslobtraning. When I'm walking or doing yoga on my not weight work days, I get in some elliptical machine or recumbent bike sessions. On the bike I will last from 45 minutes to an hour. The elliptical go I in 20 minutes to an hour. Kredslobtraning baby!

Mentalist. This is one of the hardest. I do things on my mind. I workout on the days that I feel like crap.I evaluate my daily decisions. I visualize my success.I see myself in shape.I salute the moments of victory, I have.
