Exercise cuts genetic obesity risk 40 percent, variant linked body mass index (BMI) increase

A new study shows that a genetic predisposition to obesity can average reduce 40 percent exercise. The study recently published in the public library of American Science Medicine Magazine, is based on testing of more than 20,000 people in the UK. The research challenges the idea that an inherited tendency to obesity is impossible to overcome and the case for more exercise for anyone looking increases to shed some weight. Most of the study were inherited to increase between 10 and 13 genetic variants that known, inherit the risk of obesity, with as little as six and more than 17 participants. The researchers also discovered that each genetic variation to an increase in body mass index was linked. The BMI growth was lower than people who don't exercise for physically active individuals. Researchers say the study "challenged deterministic overlooking the genetic predisposition for obesity" and further stresses the importance of physical activity in the prevention of obesity.
