How about all the "real life" moms and dads out there who are juggling jobs, parenthood and daily responsibilities without the help of leaders, nannies and drivers? NO PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION? Puh-lease. Do you know about asking for the spotlight. (I speak unto you, Diddy, Kardashian clan and Jersey Shore cast.)CAN'T GET A DATE? well, I am single and … well, let's not go there.

At times, makes my inner green eyed monster-a appearance while leafing through through magazines or watching the red carpet pre-awards Show offers. What can I say; I am a girl and compare myself to other people in my DNA.So yes, I get a little envious looks of some of these real-life muses of perfection Fly against Kodak Theatre without bump, lump-sum payments, case, or zit in sight. Interesting.No surgical procedure? Not super clean-No detox Diet?? No extreme … something?!I kept reading and realized that, despite the difference in our bank accounts, I could actually use stars proven lifestyle tips by simply make a few changes in my diet and exercise routine.(The same article highlighted some other Celebs who successfully pitched their battle of the bulge in the right way.)

Their advice is not rocket science or expensive and truth be told, every tip is realistic and manageable regardless of what our timetable or budgets. I am not saying that losing weight is easy (if only), but it is good to know that these ladies – which, ideologue like inhabitants on another planet {Planet Hollywood!} – has (or had) the same problems and challenges that the US daily folk. and that we can share in their solutions for a better OS and metalkugler in our own small spotlight!(Paparazzi not included.)
