Sugary foods associated with heart attack risk

According to a recent study, women increase, your risk of heart disease consume large amounts of high-carbohydrate foods. The study - that published in the archives of internal medicine, a publication of the American Medical Association - showed an increased incidence of coronary heart disease in women, whose diet rich in foods with a "high glycemic index', such as white bread, sweets and some sugary cereals is." These results were however seen in men.
