The list of health issues caused by smoking is prolonged for both men and women, but women who smoke are more likely to develop serious medical conditions.

According to an article on the Mayo Clinic is in danger of women who smoke have higher succumb to one of the top five diseases affecting women, heart disease, cancer, stroke, COPD and Alzheimer's disease.

It has been said, to break a habit takes about two weeks. and you smokers out there that might seem like a lifetime. You may be concerned about all stovfang associated with quitting smoking: you want to gain weight, you will be capricious and cranky, you will have a terrible headache. But the truth is that if you can glue the for a handful of weeks, the benefits of quitting smoking, how far will outweigh the bad you feel in a few weeks.And there are plenty of resources available to you if you want to put down that cigarette.

There are also various inventions that can help you in your journey.Whether you are trying to nicotine patch, nicotine chewing gum or the rather new electronic cigarette, find what works for you and stick to it.For all of your organs health depends on it.

The fact that the matter not smoking something, but damage to your body. the longer the smoker you are, the higher risk you run develop a serious health condition that dramatic can change or even your life, you are worth more than that.
