Breakfast Fried Rice recipes – super easy and Super Yummy!

This easy to make the recipe is sure to be a hit with your family!Children love it and the smell is sure to get everyone out of bed in the morning! Mix it, make it your own and not be afraid to add a little spice to the (jalapenos work great!)

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked, cold white (or brown) rice1 1 tablespoons of oil2 teaspoons of soya sauce1 package of Sun-bird Fried Rice Seasoning Mix (can be found in every grocery store in the Asian food isle) 1 medium onion, diced green bell peppers 1 large, diced3 large eggs, beaten – 1 1 cup of cooked crispy bacon, crumbled (can replace Breakfast sausage if desired), salt, pepper, garlic seasoning (optional – taste)

Pre-PReP:

Cook rice according to package directions the night before you plan to serve this for breakfast. It works better if you start cooking process with cold rice as warm rice would just get overcooked.

Directions:

In a large pan, heat the oil in another frying pan, begins bacon;crumble and set aside. Add rice, onions and peppers to pan with oil;mix well and cook until the onion is soft. Add seasoning and soy sauce;mix well and cook for about 1 minute. In a page pan struggle eggs;break into small pieces with spatula. Add eggs and bacon and mix until well blended. Season to taste and serve HOT!
